Find out how the easy gentle movements of T’ai Chi and Qigong may help you improve your health naturally. Saturday, May 30th is World T’ai Chi & Qigong Day and we are celebrating in a BIG WAY! T’ai Chi and Qigong are known for their health benefits and this event is a great way for people to learn and experience these movements that may be done seated as well as standing. Join us at Georgian Court University, Lakewood, NJ at 9:30am as we all move as one in a T’ai Chi Chih® practice.

Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to follow these easy, gentle movements with us. And, the research supporting the health benefits many experience will be discussed.
